Australian BPO Datatime uses DocProStar to save money and improve processing speeds
Australian BPO Datatime was previously using two different software platforms to execute their full suite of document management services. These systems were outdated, costly and inflexible. Datatime required a solution that could adapt to a range of document-driven processes, be supported by a broad range of internal resources, and improve straight-through processing (STP) rates.
Datatime selected and implemented TCG Process' DocProStar, which has improved STP rates to 30% and processing speed for documents requiring human intervention. It has also allowed Datatime to handle more volume and expand its digital mailroom offering. The low-code/no-code interface has enabled a wider range of internal resources to support custom processes and automations and the switch from legacy systems saved the company roughly $500K AUD on upgrades.
